These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings made through SR Euro Travels. By placing a booking, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before confirming your purchase.


1. Who We Are

SR Euro Travels is a UK-based online travel agency offering Eurostar tickets, flights, hotels, and digital eSIM services. We act as an intermediary between you and the travel operator or supplier (such as Eurostar, airlines, hotel platforms, or eSIM partners).


2. Booking & Confirmation

  • All bookings are confirmed once full payment is received and tickets or confirmations are issued.
  • It is your responsibility to provide accurate passenger details (names, dates, destinations, etc.). Errors provided by you may result in additional fees to correct, if changes are permitted.
  • Once a booking is confirmed, it is subject to the fare rules and terms of the relevant travel operator or supplier.

3. Prices

  • All prices are displayed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.
  • We operate a flat-fare pricing model for Eurostar tickets — no seasonal surcharges or peak-time increases.
  • Prices for flights, hotels, and eSIMs are set by the supplier and may fluctuate.
  • If an obvious pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel and issue a full refund, or offer to continue the booking at the correct price with your consent.

4. Payments

  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe and Klarna. We do not store your card details.
  • Your booking is not confirmed until payment is successfully processed.
  • We reserve the right to cancel bookings if fraud or payment issues are suspected.

5. Tickets & Travel Documents

  • Tickets are delivered electronically by email once your booking is confirmed.
  • It is your responsibility to check your spam/junk folder if you do not see your ticket.
  • You must carry the correct travel documents (passport, visas, ID) as required by your destination. SR Euro Travels is not responsible if you are refused travel for lack of valid documents.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Refunds depend on the fare type and the operator’s rules. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.
  • Most discounted fares are non-refundable. Flexible fares may allow refunds or changes with fees.
  • For flights, hotels, and eSIMs booked via partners, refunds are handled by the supplier under their own terms.

7. Operator Responsibility

SR Euro Travels acts as an agent only. The transport service (Eurostar, airline, hotel, eSIM provider, etc.) is responsible for delivering the service. We are not liable for delays, cancellations, strikes, or performance of the operator. However, we will assist you in making claims or changes where possible.


8. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure you arrive at the station/airport with sufficient time for check-in and boarding.
  • Comply with luggage and security rules of the operator.
  • Provide accurate contact information so we can reach you about your booking.

9. Liability

  • We are not responsible for indirect losses such as missed connections, accommodation costs, or other expenses caused by delays or cancellations.
  • Our liability is limited to the value of the booking you made with us, unless required otherwise by law.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version published on this website at the time of booking will apply to your booking.
